Not an aged list and not a form fill from six months ago that four shops already worked. A file cut from people who searched credit terms in the last 48 hours, filtered to the ones who can actually carry a monthly fee, sold to one buyer. Your closers dial it under your own policy, and every record arrives with the status your team needs to apply that policy.
If this one source breaks the other ten, that is the problem. A cold file blasted from the same numbers your team calls and nurtures from pulls opt-outs straight into the reputation your paid lane depends on. That is not a data problem, it is a plumbing problem, and it is the piece most sellers of this data will not touch.
Cold outreach goes out on its own registered sending identity and its own number pool, sharing nothing with the numbers your closers dial from or the ones your existing customers already know. Opt-outs are honoured globally but the reputation hit is contained on the cold stack, so a bad week on a cold file cannot reach the lane that is already paying you.
The sending stack is provisioned and carrier-approved within three days of you saying go, so it is running before the first round has even finished being worked. You get the file to work on day one and the safe way to work it by day three. Every other seller of this data hands you the file and leaves the part that can hurt you as your problem.
Only 2.3% of the qualified file is top-tier intent. That is 978 people a day, not 42,501. The rest are a real but softer signal. Anyone describing a file this size as "all searched yesterday" is selling you the tail as the head.
Two in five of the raw pool are 55 or older, and one in five is 65 plus. We cut them. Not for squeamishness: that group churns out of a monthly subscription fastest, complains at roughly twice the rate, charges back more, and is a named enforcement pattern in this category. A complaint rate is also the thing that costs people their ad accounts, which is the one asset you cannot afford to lose.
We have not dialled any of this and neither has anyone else. The contact data audits clean, no malformed numbers and 1.5% duplicates on the sample. That says the people are real. It does not yet prove the intent signal converts, and only your closers on live calls will. That is exactly what round one is for, and it is why we fund half the run rather than asking you to take it on faith.
You never fund two in a row without watching us match the last one. The rounds alternate, so the risk resets every five days instead of stacking up front. We also do not hand back a balance: if a round misses the buy-box you gave us, we cut it again on us until it does. Six rounds is the plan, not the limit. The file gets sharper every round because your own closers are the ones telling it what good looks like, and the ongoing rate gets set at the end from what your team actually logged as answered, worked and closed. Neither of us should be guessing that number today.
We place no calls and we run no registry scrub, because that obligation belongs to whoever dials and cannot be handed over. We do not tell you what your compliance posture should be, and we will not assert that any record is cleared for you to call. Your counsel sets that and we build to whatever they set. Income, net worth and homeowner status are commercial estimates, not verified financials. We do not supply date of birth or social security number, and a record is a candidate until your team has spoken to the person.
